Andy Shipley, or just Andy as he is known on the videos, is a very important part of the Violette1st raging videos. He frequently appears throughout the videos, usually he plays a role in the conflict of the video. Andy is commonly described as, a hippy, weirdo, crazy, strange, very skinny, and annoying person. Andy does not belong to the Anderson family (which is now broken up,) he is a member of the Shipley family, which little is known about. Andy stays at his aunt's (Kerry) house. We do not know why he primarily stays with the Andersons. We know that he has his own room, from the video WILLIAM LOSES IT OVER ANDYS XBOX ADDICTION!!! where Andy gets an xbox and becomes addicted to it which causes the internet to be slowed down. With slow internet William can not play his video games efficiently. William goes into Andy's room where they fight over his addiction. During the duration of the video the main events occur in Andy's room. Not much else is known about his room. We do know that Andy does have a job, in the video WILLIAM RUINS THE COOKOUT!!! Andy hosts a belated Labor Day cookout, Violette describes how he was unable to have a cookout on actual labor day due to the fact that Andy was working some "weird hours." And in the video WILLIAM AND BILL FACE OFF IN A DONUT RAGE!!! Violette states that one of the donuts is for Andy when he "gets home" this could be implying that he is at work, though she never explicitly states that. Andy is known for being quite odd, as the way he acts in weird ways. In the video KID TORCHES COUSINS LUGGAGE OVER VACATION DISPUTE!!! Andy is wearing polar bear slippers, which he believes are his real feet. Throughout many videos he insists that they are his real feet, most people would agree that believing that paws are your real feet is weird. 

Andy and his cousin William have a very rocky relationship. Many videos are centered around arguments fought between the two. Most of the time their fights start with either Andy, or William pranking one of themselves, or disturbing each-other. In the video WILLIAM SHREDS ANDY'S SHIRT!!! William cuts up Andy's shirt with scissors as a prank. Andy wakes up and finds that his shirt is destroyed which causes him to take William's xbox in retaliation. And in the video WILLIAM AND ANDY FREAK-OUT ON EACH OTHER IN DISGUSTING POOL!!! William is playing xbox in his room, when Andy goes up and physically holds him down whilst convincing him to go help clean the pool. These are both examples of times where fights where caused deliberately and preventably. Sometimes Andy and William are on the same side, usually they are together whilst fighting Bill. In the video KID GAMBLES AWAY $1,200 ON DAD'S CREDIT CARD ONLINE!!! Bill blames Andy on gambling and stealing his information Andy, however did not gamble nor did he steal his information. Because of this both Andy and William join forces against Bill. And in the video BILLS GOING ON A DIET!?!? (RAGE) Williams discovers DingDongs (chocolate cake) in Bill's gym bag, after confronting him with the evidence Bill blames it on Andy. William asks Andy if he has any involvement in the DingDong discovery. Andy explicates how he has never even heard of a DingDong before. This sparks interest in Andy and later on in the video William and Andy eat some in front of Bill to torture him. During this they seem to get along. In the video SOMEBODY BROKE INTO OUR HOUSE!!! Andy breaks into the house and steals Williams marshmallows. Before it is discovered that the perpitrator is infact Andy, William was going to encounter the robber. When he discovers it is Andy they both seem quite happy to see each-other. But once William realizes that he stole his marshmallows they get into a fight; this fighting ends after the realization that marshmallows can be eaten. They then precede to eat them together.

Violette and Andy both have a good relationship. Andy does things that Violette openly dissagrees with, but also she seems to let him off more easily than how she does with Bill, or William. In the video WILLIAM AND ANDY FREAK-OUT ON EACH OTHER IN DISGUSTING POOL!!!, William is playing his xbox and refuses to come down to help Andy clean the pool. After some arguing, they fail to get anywhere. Andy then goes up the stairs and holds William down and holds his hands to his mouth, because of this William can not speak. Andy then asks "if you are going to help, then just say nothing," but because Andy is covering his mouth he obviously can not speak. While most mothers would not like to see their son being held down forcefully by his cousin, she seems quite oblivious to the fact. She even agrees with Andy, and she says "oh, i guess he wants to go help." In another 2-part episode WILLIAM LOSES IT OVER ANDYS XBOX ADDICTION!!!, and WILLIAM AND ANDY BATTLE OVER THE INTERNET!!!, Andy becomes addicted to his xbox, and is using all the internet in order to download a 7 hour download. This slows down their already horrible internet, so William loses it. He criticizes the way Andy is playing xbox, saying things like "he is an animal". Unlike the way she acts with William, she actually advocates for Andy, saying that it is ok to play xbox, which is counterintuitive as she constantly gets mad at William for being addicted to his xbox. This extreme sympathy for Andy is not always how Violette acts though. For example in the video WILLIAM, BILL AND ANDY RUIN MOTHERS DAY!!! Andy, Bill, and William attempt to make a cake for Mothers' Day, but eveything goes downhill and the whole night becomes a disaster. When Violette discovers this she is most displeased with the three of them, including Andy. In conclusion, Violette for the most part is sympathetic for Andy, and arguably more sympathetic towards him than towards her own son. 

Bill and Andy are very much like accomplices, as they are commonly fighting against William. In the video AVENGING DAD BURIES SONS XBOX!!!. Bill and Andy, working together, burry William's xbox. This is just one example of them working together in order to disturb William. Arguably the most violent and extreme thing done bye the duo, was in GREATEST XBOX ONE S DESTRUCTION EVER!!!, where both Andy and Bill manage to get William onto a chair and duct-tape him to the chair. They then begin to burn and axe the xbox. Violette pleads with Bill, even threatening to get a divorce. Both Bill and Andy seem to be quite jovial while destroying his xbox. While it may seem like they have formed a bond over the tormenting of William, it is made clear on many occasions that Bill only sees Andy as a useful tool in order to help him bother William. one of the greatest examples is in the episode KID BURNS DAD'S PHONE OVER CHRISTMAS COOKIES!!!, where Bill has eaten the entire red velvet cookie dough, and some beers. When confronted, he blames it on Andy. Similarly in the video BILLS GOING ON A DIET!?!? (RAGE) Bill is discovered to be hiding a stash of Ding-Dongs in his gym bag, which exposes his whole working out, diet facade. In a last ditch effort to escape from the scandal, Bill blames Andy for putting them in his bag. One of the more well known examples is in the video KID GAMBLES AWAY $1,200 ON DAD'S CREDIT CARD ONLINE!! when Bill blames Andy of going onto a gambling website and stealing his information. Bill might appear to like Andy but in reality he is just seen as a person to help with the tormenting of William and is used to get the blame off of himself.
