Vine Consultancy Audit Process

• Inquiry and review: Vine requires the applicant organization’s authorized representative to complete the Audit Application Form.

• Audit Preparation: Based on the outcome of the review, Vine confirms the audit scope, determines the audit time, assigns competent auditors or technical experts, and prepares a proposed audit plan specific to the applicant. Vine Consultancy determines the total audit time required based on a combination of pre-audit, on-site audit, and post-audit related activities, with reference to accredited measurement methodologies and audit planning best practices. The baseline audit duration is 10 man-days, subject to adjustment based on risk and complexity. The on-site audit would be conducted for at least 2 man-days.

•  On-site Audit: Vine’s audit team shall conduct a comprehensive review that includes both:

1. Documented Information Review

2. On-site physical lab facility infrastructure testing

All audit activities shall be in accordance with the applicable standards and national regulatory requirements, including those issued by:

·       Ministry of Health (MOH)

·       Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVS) / NParks

·       Public Utilities Board (PUB)

·       Singapore Police Force (SPF)

·       Ministry of Manpower (MOM)

·       Other relevant Authorities

• Audit report and Testimony: Vine shall issue a written audit report to the client following each audit. Once all non-compliance issues have been addressed and approval from MOH is obtained, the Testimony of Audit will be issued to the facility.
