My philosophy of education is to provide diverse students the opportunity to learn to their fullest potential and understand their education is a direct relationship to equality and a tool for change toward social justice.
My goal is to make a difference in building and supporting a community in which all have the opportunity to achieve their goals.
At the center of my work is a continuing commitment to designing learning environments that recognize students as active participants in their education and faculty as reflective practitioners capable of using evidence to continually improve teaching and learning.
