A synthesis dataset of over 7000 measurements of δ13C values of tree rings and leaves, collected over the 20th century. This dataset appeared in Lavergne et al. (2020) Global Change Biology, and also Hare & Lavergne (2021) Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta. The data are sourced and collated from many sources, building on the work of Diefendorf et al. (2010), and Cornwell et al., (2018), with functional traits from the TRY database. Please contact me if you have more data! It would be nice to keep growing this dataset for public use.

Excel spread sheet containing all ice core data, splines and model outputs (155 kyr to present), and radiocarbon‐dated plant cellulose and faunal collagen data (40.6 kyr cal BP to present), including inferred annual precipitation outputs from PMIP3 for each locality.
