"The place holds an amazing vibe, while the pictures don't do justify the real feeling of the place. Loved the location. It's in close proximity to supermarkets and outlets to eat, even the beach is close by. Peaceful and worth of staying.
The host was very communicative and responsive enough, once you are in the place you will definitely feel like staying longer. Would definitely check-in again I come to South Goa, next time."

"Recently we have stayed at this place (Villa Casa Bala, Goa). Villa is neat and clean. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Kitchen is well-equipped to cook baby food and otherwise. The common swimming pool is clean and maintained well. Overall experience is good. Highly recommended if you're with family and children."

"The place was perfect for Work From Home. It has 2 internet connections, the mobile connectivity for Airtel and Vodafone is good. The kitchen had all utensils for us to cook our meals. Debjani was always available and responsive on phone to answer any queries and had arranged for 2 good work tables big enough to set up laptops with keyboard+monitor. The housekeeper was prompt. The location is great, walkable to a quiet beach, a bakery and shop for our daily needs. Magson's is a 5-minute drive and has everything one needs for groceries. Margao is 25-minutes short drive.
Overall, a great experience! We enjoyed our break very much."

"We, a family of 4, spent 2 months in the host's villa from April - June 2021. This villa is part of a compact gated complex having several villas and apartments. The host has maintained her villa in an impeccable manner. The main balcony leading out from the bedroom on the first floor has well-maintained plants and is large enough for sitting out to enjoy the chirping of birds and the cock crowing in the mornings. It also overlooks the pool, which however wasn't available for use due to Covid restrictions. This complex is situated in a tranquil part of South Goa. It's sufficiently away from the busy thoroughfares, but equally close to the market at Varca square. It's situated amidst paddy fields on one side and old houses on the other. The paddy fields supplement the luxurious verdant environs within the complex. The closest beach is less than a km away and we found the beach clean allowing for unrestricted walks. We've enjoyed our many visits to this and the other beaches close by for walks and sunsets. The villa was fully furnished - a drawing room, 3 bedrooms and a kitchen area which has all necessary equipment required for a running kitchen. Since we were all working from home, we needed extra tables for our work and the host was kind enough to organise extra tables. The housekeeping was done by 2 ladies who were punctual and efficient in their work. They ensured that we always had clean linen and ensured the house remained clean and tidy. We found that these ladies were courteous and helpful, especially to help us settle in this new place. Overall: We enjoyed our stay and the host was conscious to take steps to make our stay comfortable."
