Required IDs:

• For Domestic Guests: Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter ID for all individual guests

• For International Guests: Passport and VISA for all individual guests

• Any other ID or details, if required, as per prevailing Government or Local Rules

BOOKING POLICY:

• For Booking related queries, guests can refer to the calendar to check availability and contact the Host either by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail.

• A reservation or booking shall be accepted as confirmed and valid only after the Guest pays a part amount (usually 50%) as advance or the entire amount ie 100% as advance within 3 days from the date on which the booking is finalised by the guest. Any booking that is 15 days or less away shall require a 100% advance payment for confirmation purposes.

• NOTE: The % of advance to be paid shall be at the sole discretion of the Host and will depend on the check-in date. Guests need to pay the entire amount within the agreed upon date as mandated by the Host, failing which the booking shall not be considered are complete or valid and the Guest's stay shall not be accepted.

• All payments need to be made by Bank Transfer only i.e. to our designated bank account. We do not accept any other mode of payment. We do not accept cash or cards. For Guests living abroad, Paypal is another option, subject to a very nominal additional processing charge.

• A refundable security deposit of INR/Rs. 6000 has to be handed over to the caretaker at the time of check-in. The same shall be refunded to the Guest at the time of check-out, subject to a damage inspection by the housekeeper/caretaker.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Full refund after deducting Rs. 1000/- shall be made if booking/reservation is cancelled within 2 days from the date of payment of the advance

• 100% refund if the booking/reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the check-in date

• 50% refund if the booking/reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days prior to the check-in date

• No refund if the booking/reservation is cancelled within 15 or lesser days prior to check-in date

General Rules connected to bookings & payments:

1. All rates/tariffs are on a "per night basis" only. Tariffs can vary depending on the Season and month/period of stay

2. Tariff per night is applicable for up to 6 guests only

3. There is an additional charge of INR/Rs 500 per guest per night up to a maximum of 2 additional guests

4. The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 8

5. All persons including children who are above 2 years old are treated as individual guests for the purposes of guest count and tariff calculations. In other words, only children up to the age of 2 can stay as "complimentary".

6. All rates/tariffs are for STAY ONLY and no food/beverages are included in it.

Privilege Bonus for Subsequent Stays:

• For every stay of a minimum of 3 to 6 nights, a bonus sum of INR/Rs 2500 shall be credited to your name which you can redeem during your next stay with us at Villa Casa Bala!

• For every stay of a minimum of 7 to 14 nights, a bonus sum of INR/Rs 5000 shall be credited to your name which you can redeem during your next stay with us at Villa Casa Bala!

• For every stay of a minimum of 15 nights & above, a bonus sum of INR/Rs 7500 shall be credited to your name which you can redeem during your next stay with us at Villa Casa Bala!

• However, please note that this is not a cashback or refund and no money shall be refunded to the guest in any manner at any stage.

• The Bonus amount credited to your name shall be adjusted/reduced from your next stay's total tariff that is payable to us, subject to Terms & Conditions as described below.

• The Icing on the "Cake": The above bonus is transferable and your family members or friends can redeem it too, in case you are unable to take out time for the next visit. All that you need to do is to write to us about the same & fulfill the applicable terms & conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR REDEMPTION OF ELIGIBLE PRIVILEGE BONUS :

• The next stay at Villa Casa Bala has to begin (ie check-in date) within 400 days from the previous visit (ie check out date) during which the privilege bonus was earned. Post 400 days, the bonus shall automatically lapse & cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.

• The next stay has to be for a minimum of 3 nights and for a maximum of 8 guests only.

• Proportionate bonus adjustment -- in case your next stay is for lesser number of nights as compared to the previous stay, the bonus amount shall be proportionately reduced.

• The Bonus amount cannot be carried forward beyond the 400 days as described above & beyond the immediate next stay at Villa Casa Bala.

• The Privilege Bonus criteria and T&Cs can be changed anytime as per the discretion of the owners/hosts and their decision shall be final & binding on the guests at all times.
