  1. Cover letter to Dean (Academic Research) through Guide and Head of the Department (for sample document, click here)

  2. A4 thesis (three copies - two to academics and other one to department office)

  3. Cover page of the thesis (two copies; for sample document, click here)

  4. Abstract of the thesis (one copy)

  5. Declaration by the scholar (for sample document, click here)

  6. Certificate for check aganist plagiarism through Guide***

  7. Photocopy of the last qualified degree certificate (to confirm the correctness of the name)

  8. Scholars are advised to submit all No Dues certificate

     • Department

     • Library (Have to pay any due amount, only by card)

     • Alumni (Have to pay ₹1500 for alumni card)

     • Hostel  (In case the student has been permitted by Dean student to continue in the hostel. Please furnish approval details) / Estate (if staying in quarters).

     • Finance & Account department of academics

  1. Guide has to inform the department office that revised thesis along with responses to reviewers' comments is ready and tell them to fix the viva-voce date

• You need to submit the A5 thesis along with other documents
