ViewFix Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ViewFix: Creator Content Check app ("ViewFix", "the app"), published by Ajay Kumar Maurya ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What ViewFix does
ViewFix helps creators improve their content. It checks hooks, captions and bios on your device, looks up public data about YouTube videos and channels and Instagram Business and Creator accounts through the official YouTube Data API and Instagram API, suggests text you can copy, and offers an optional weekly leaderboard.
Free with ads
ViewFix is free to use. It shows ads provided by Google AdMob. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
No guarantee of results
Scores, findings and suggestions are guidance based on common content best practices and public numbers. They are not a promise of views, followers or income. You decide what to post, and you are responsible for the content you publish.
Leaderboard rules
- Joining is optional. You may only join with an Instagram account you own or manage, and you must verify it with the code we give you.
- You must not impersonate anyone or try to claim an account that isn't yours.
- Points are for genuine use of the app. Don't use bots, scripts, multiple devices or other tricks to gain points.
- The leaderboard is for fun and motivation. There are no prizes, money or rewards.
- We may remove entries, reset points or block access if we believe these rules were broken, or to keep the leaderboard fair and safe.
- Your @username, public Instagram name, profile picture and points are shown to other users. We are not responsible for how other people use this public information, or for any contact, messages or interactions between users or third parties outside ViewFix.
Third-party services
ViewFix uses YouTube API Services. By using link analysis, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Instagram data comes from Meta's Instagram API. ViewFix is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Instagram or Meta. Data from these services may sometimes be unavailable, delayed or incomplete, and we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Fair use
Please don't use ViewFix to harass anyone, to break any law, or to break the rules of YouTube or Instagram. Don't try to overload, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its server. We may limit or block access if the app is misused.
Your content and others' content
Text you type into the checking tools stays on your device. Posts, videos, names and numbers shown in reports belong to their owners. ViewFix only shows public information to help you learn, and you should not copy other creators' work.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop parts of the app at any time, for example if a platform changes its rules. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ViewFix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We take reasonable care to keep the app and our server secure, but no service can be guaranteed to be error-free or 100% secure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss; for any loss of data, followers, views or income; for the actions of other users or third parties; or for unauthorized access to information caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
