Four oral presentations for Early-Mid Career Researchers are available for the 2021 mHIVE World AIDS Day symposium. These will be selected from abstracts by the mHIVE Committee. The best presentation will be awarded with the ViiV Healthcare AIDS Scholarship ($5,000) which can be used toward conference attendance or as a Seed Grant to fund independent research.

Please note: Only abstracts related to HIV or both HIV and SARS-CoV-2 co-infection will be eligible for the ViiV Healthcare AIDS Scholarship ($5,000). The mHIVE committee WILL accept abstracts specifically related to only SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 for ePosters only.

Electronic posters (ePosters) will be presented at this year’s event. All investigators regardless of career stage are eligible to present a poster. SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 research is very welcome for poster presentations.

These will be short 3 minute flash presentations of your work which will be viewable/downloadable from the mHIVE World AIDS Day website. There will be a separate mHIVE Poster Presentation Award for Best Postdoctoral Scientist Poster and Best PhD Postdoctoral Scientist Poster for Basic Science or Epidemiological Sciences (4 in total).

Submission of a presentation for your poster will increase your chances of a poster prize!
