As an experienced educator, I am seeking opportunities to work with adult learners and help companies develop programming that will optimize their workforce. About Me

I am a highly motivated and determined Instructional Designer and Curriculum Designer with nearly 15 years of experience in research, curriculum design & development, and implementing custom course curricula for varied and diverse learners. I am extremely passionate about helping to provide meaningful educational experiences for all learners and applying technology solutions to enhance learning.

I have worked tirelessly in education to manage many different projects simultaneously to:

Oversee content development by implementing strategic curriculum resulting in growth well above national norms
Ensure quality of content to meet the standards of performance for learners by aligning to state and local learning standards
Provide and incorporate feedback to improve content and performance
Implement curriculum enhanced by dozens of technology platforms
Build relationships with learners and colleagues to motivate them to their full potential and to create strong collaborative mindsets to ensure success

I am open and willing to connect with anyone who shares this same vision for learning. I am searching for an opportunity that will allow me to transfer the many and varied skills that I have learned in the classroom to a company in need of strong learning and development programs. Throughout this page, you will see a variety of creations made for my classroom, volunteer positions and community events. I am constantly looking for opportunities to advance my skill set and add to my knowledge base. Along with being very familiar with iMovie, Canva, and several different screen recording software platforms, I am also training with Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline 360. I have worked with several Learning Management Systems (LMS) and love the challenge of learning new technology to help move education forward. Additionally, I have worked as a volunteer with local organizations to help create social media marketing components and educational materials.
