Throughout this page, you will see a variety of creations made for my classroom, volunteer positions and community events. I am constantly looking for opportunities to advance my skill set and add to my knowledge base. Along with being very familiar with iMovie, Canva, and several different screen recording software platforms, I am also training with Articulate Rise and Articulate 360. I have worked with several Learning Management Systems (LMS) and love the challenge of learning new technology to help move education forward. Additionally, I have worked as a volunteer with local organizations to help create social media marketing components and educational materials.

While working in a volunteer capacity for a local arts organization, I spent over a year developing social media and marketing materials for the nonprofit's fundraising and awareness campaigns.

Managing a nonprofit during a pandemic is definitely a challenge! As the president of the Barre Association for a local ballet company and a Board Member, it was imperative to keep our members informed. I ran a monthly meeting for all members and used Zoom and Google Meet to facilitate these meetings. Additionally, I created materials to keep people informed via social media, email blasts and through schoolwide communication channels.

While teaching and coaching during the COVID shutdown, many of our activities had to be moved to an online/virtual format. Throughout that time, I made sure that the students who participate in a creative writing team at my school had access to all information on our Learning Management System and our website. I continue to coach this creative writing team with 75% of our student writers qualifying for the state tournament this year.
