An example of bad technology etiquette is being a toxic player that ruin the game for everyone by swearing or bad sportsmanship. Flamers are very common and they are everywhere, and you can clearly see that they do not know what technology etiquette is. Not even I knew what it was until we fully explored the definition in this unit. Throughout the classes, we brainstormed and thought critically what it might have been. We dove into more in-depth topics as we spoke to each other about the topic of Netiquette. When learning about this topic, we were taught how to cite and credit resources using APA format. It was something new that I have never learned about before. We also learned about privacy policies and terms and conditions of service and how this long list of things is actually very important to read to know what access to your private information you may be giving others.
