In this unit, we did some individual self-learning on an ethical concern or issue of our choice. We were tasked to write about ethical issues surrounding the chosen topic. My topic was 3D printing organs and concerns surrounding it. I learned a lot of new knowledge from researching this topic, like how an organ can be printed from absolute scratch using biodegradable materials and possibly use cells extracted from the patient's blood to lower the chances of organ rejection. Overall, I gathered a lot insight on how people think from the main ethical concerns that I have found. While typing up everything into the Wiki, I learned some minor HTML format coding. It was fun to experiment with, and I may wish to learn more about it on my own in the future.
