Beaudesert Castle,Henley in Arden

This model was commissioned by Henley heritage centre together with a replica of how the market cross looked hundreds of years ago. I was given a drawing in an old book to base the model on which showed stone walls, a keep, various buildings and a large wooden fenced bailey up on the mount . Sadly the model is now gone after a visit from time team who rather annoyingly decided that no such castle as this ever existed but would have been just a curtain wall containing a few buildings.
