By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AI Video Generator - Vibe ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App enables users to upload photos and submit text prompts to generate AI-powered animated videos. The service provides visual styles and dynamic effects for personal, entertainment, and creative expression purposes only.
The App is not intended for use in journalism, political campaigns, identity manipulation, biometric verification, misinformation, or any context that could mislead, defame, or cause harm to others.
The App may transmit user-provided content (such as photos and prompts) to secure third-party AI processing services solely for the purpose of generating the requested video output.
All content produced by the App is generated synthetically by artificial intelligence based on user input. These outputs are artificial creations and may not represent real events, facts, or individuals.
The developer does not monitor, review, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results.
Users are fully responsible for the content they generate, use, distribute, or publish externally.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
Results may be stylized, artificial, or unpredictable.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected elements.
You agree not to use the App to:
Generate deepfakes, impersonations, or deceptive imagery intended to mislead.
Violate copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Create explicit, violent, hateful, abusive, or illegal material.
Defame, harass, or violate the privacy of individuals or groups.
Produce content that violates applicable laws, platform rules, or Apple guidelines.
We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend usage, or take appropriate action if these Terms are violated.
The App, including its technology, software, algorithms, visual assets, templates, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users retain rights to the final AI-generated videos they create, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
By using the App, users grant the developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized, non-identifiable outputs solely for:
Product improvement
Debugging
Performance optimization
We do not use user content for advertising, biometric identification, or identity profiling.
The App operates on a token-based subscription model. Tokens are required to generate AI videos.
Weekly Plan: 1,500 tokens per week (non-cumulative)
Yearly Plan: 13,500 tokens per year (non-cumulative)
Cost per Video: 215 tokens
Tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Subscriptions are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s payment and billing terms. Users are responsible for managing subscription settings through their Apple ID account.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Key principles include:
Uploaded photos and prompts are used solely to generate the requested AI video.
User-provided content may be transmitted to secure third-party AI processing services strictly for video generation.
No facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity tracking is performed.
No personally identifiable information (such as name, email, contacts, or payment data) is transmitted to third-party AI providers.
Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.
We do not use user content for advertising or cross-app tracking.

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or its features at any time.
Adjust subscription plans, pricing, or token mechanics.
Restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, performance, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:
Any damages resulting from use or misuse of the App.
AI-generated content, including potentially offensive, inaccurate, or infringing outputs.
Service interruptions, third-party platform issues, billing errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
