End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and (“Service Provider”) regarding your use of the AI Video Generator - Vibe mobile application (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant The Service Provider hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on any mobile device you own or control.
Restrictions You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Application;
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices);
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Ownership All intellectual property rights in and to the Application, including but not limited to software, images, graphics, trademarks, and other elements, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
Third-Party Services The Application may utilize third-party services, such as RevenueCat, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You acknowledge and agree to those separate terms by continuing to use the Application.
Data Collection and Use By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Application may collect anonymized usage data and, with your consent, certain personal information to improve the Service.
Internet and Carrier Charges Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any mobile data or roaming charges incurred by your use of the Application.
Updates and Termination The Service Provider may release updates to the Application to enhance functionality or fix bugs. You agree to accept such updates. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Application from your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Children’s Use The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we may take appropriate action.
Amendments This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
