This Privacy Policy explains how the “AI Video Generator - Vibe” app ("App") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
To comply with Apple’s privacy requirements regarding sensitive face data, we confirm the following:
The App does not perform facial recognition, tracking, or classification.
No biometric data (such as facial geometry, templates, or embeddings) is collected or stored.
The App only accesses user-uploaded photos that may contain faces for the sole purpose of generating AI-based video output.
User-uploaded images that may contain faces are transmitted to a secure third-party AI processing service solely to generate the requested video output.
The third-party AI provider processes submitted images only to generate the requested content and does not use them for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, analytics, user profiling, or unrelated purposes.
All photo processing is performed either locally on-device or on secure servers exclusively for content generation.
Uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours after processing is completed.
Face data is never used for identity verification, biometric analysis, advertising, analytics, or unrelated purposes.
Users retain full ownership and control over all uploaded content and generated videos.
This policy aligns with Apple’s Face Data Guidelines and ensures transparent, secure, and respectful handling of user imagery.
The App uses a token-based credit system to provide fair and transparent access to AI video generation features:
Weekly Plan: 1,500 tokens per week (non-cumulative)
Yearly Plan: 13,500 tokens per year (non-cumulative)
Cost per Video: 215 tokens per AI video generation
Tokens reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Token mechanics are clearly explained within the App’s onboarding and pricing pages.

Email address (if submitted for support or feedback)
Subscription and billing status (managed via RevenueCat)
Country or region (via device settings)
b. Automatically Collected Information:
Device type and operating system version
App version and build information
IP address (processed in anonymized form where applicable)
Session duration and interaction flow
Crash reports and diagnostic data
Feature usage patterns
Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers where necessary for service delivery.
We integrate the following third-party services:
RevenueCat – used for subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase and usage data under its own privacy policy.
We may transmit user-provided content (such as uploaded photos, text prompts, and generation parameters) to secure third-party AI processing services solely to generate the requested video output.
No personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment data) is transmitted to third-party AI providers.
A temporary, app-scoped identifier may be transmitted solely to associate a generation request with the correct user session for job status and delivery. This identifier is not used for tracking, advertising, analytics, or cross-app profiling.
Third-party AI providers process submitted data only to generate the requested output and do not use it for advertising, identity verification, or user profiling purposes.
Uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of processing.
Generated outputs may be temporarily stored to deliver the result to the user.
Anonymous usage data may be retained to improve app functionality and user experience.

Depending on your location (including the EU or California), you may have the right to:

Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. While we implement strong security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.
The App may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. Users are encouraged to review their privacy policies independently.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
