What to Include: To ensure a fast response, please make sure your text or email contains the student's full name, their MUSD student ID number, and a brief but detailed description of the specific technical issue you are experiencing.
Digital Access Resource: LAPL Tech2Go Mobile Hotspots
The LAPL Tech2Go Hotspot Loan Program provides reliable internet access to local families and households that lack connectivity at home. These easy-to-use mobile hotspots allow users to connect their laptops, tablets, and other Wi-Fi enabled devices to the internet completely free of charge.
Who Can Borrow: The program is open to adult library cardholders (ages 18+) who have a valid Los Angeles Public Library card in good standing.
Guidelines & Fees: To check out a mobile hotspot, your library card account must have no outstanding library card fees or blocks.
How it Works: Hotspots can be checked out from participating branch libraries. Because availability varies by location, devices are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis or via a library hold system.
Participating Locations: To find a nearby participating library branch, check out current device availability, or read the full loan policy guidelines, please visit the LAPL Tech2Go Website.
