Using the Dissect tool, you will need to dissect away the thyroid gland to visualize the very small parathyroid glands. Now find the 3 visible parathyroid glands on this cadaver. Notice how integrated the parathyroid glands are within the thyroid gland.

Add the stylohyoid
This muscle connects the hyoid to the styloid bone of the skull. Rotate the cadver to see this attachment.
Add the inferior and superior bellies of the omohyoid
The word "omos" means shoulder in Greek. Therefore the omo-hyoid connects the shoulder with the hyoid bone.
