Villa description

The house’s living and sleeping space is spread over 120 square meters (ground floor and first floor) including step-free access to shared spaces and one of the master suites, and is decorated in a pared-back 1950s style. In total we count two master suites with double bed, bathroom and sea view; one twin room; and one children’s room with two sets of bunk beds. We operate at an 8-person maximum capacity. 

Spacious living room, designed as a shared space :

• • Seating area with a prime sea view, with sofa and armchairs reflecting the house’s 1950s history..

  • TV and reading nook with sofa, bookshelves, and home cinema (radio, CD, DVD and Blu-Ray). Broadband fibre is included as well as a TV package with over 230 French and foreign channels including hi-def channels.

  • Cloakroom area to store coats and shoes. 

Large open-plan kitchen and dining room with a sea view :

• • Equipment - Fridge-freezer, 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, food processor, kettle, cafetière, teapot, espresso machine. Crockery - plates, cups, bowls, water glasses, wine and champagne glasses. Food preparation - utensils, oven trays, saucepans, pie dishes, cake moulds, mixing bowls, scales, blender.

  • The space centres around the kitchen island which unites the kitchen with the dining space. The dining table extends to seat up to 8 people. 

  • Courtesy items available for use: hand soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, binbags, tea, salt, first aid kit.

Bedrooms :

Ground floor master suite: double room with windows on two sides offering a view of the sea and surrounding countryside. 160x200cm double bed, adjoining washroom with shower and sink. This room is ideal for visitors with reduced mobility because there is step-free access to the other main rooms of the house and a WC on the same floor. 

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms benefitting from great light and each with their own sea view

• • Second master suite with its own balcony.

  • Children’s room.
    Two sets of 90x200cm bunkbeds (sleeps four).

  • Twin room with two 80x190cm beds, possibility to move together or apart.

For your peace of mind :

• Sheets, tea towels and bathmats are all provided for your peace of mind. 

• Beds are made up before your arrival. 

• Housekeeping and energy bills are included in the price.

• There’s nothing left to do but make yourselves at home! 

NB - you must provide your own bath towels.

The garden and Norman paddock (storage space for games & outdoor furniture) :

Half-acre garden with an unbroken 180 degree view of the sea and surrounding countryside. 

• • Garden furniture :
    Deckchairs, outdoor cushions, table and side table, chairs and benches. 

  • Weber barbecue with kit including chimney, charcoal and firelighters.

  • Outdoor games and toys:
    sandbox and toys, table tennis, table football, trampoline, paddle, balls, hammock, punchbag and boxing gloves..

For children :

• • A cot and high chair are available.

  • A sandpit in the garden (in view of parents on their deckchair).

  • Numerous games for children; comics, etc.
