In these troubling times, you’ll want nothing more than to hunker down and enjoy time among family and friends. Offering peace and tranquility, and perfectly located for you to enjoy the countryside and a breath of fresh air, the house provides the backdrop for you to create your own memories. There is plenty of space for kids and grownups (master suites, children’s room and playroom, further bedrooms) and the possibility to live and sleep on one level for visitors with reduced mobility.

Enjoy a picture-perfect view of the sea and its changing colours from every room in the house (except bathrooms and WCs).
Feeling the chill? On gloomy days, there’s no need to leave the comfort of home in order to see the sea. Tucked up under a rug in the living room, or gathered around the oven baking a cake, you’ll still enjoy the view. The house is deeply immersed in its natural setting and at one with the surrounding countryside.

The half-acre garden, offering an unrivaled and unbroken view of the sea, blooms with roses and hortensias as the seasons change, and makes a beautiful space to relax, walk, share a game and enjoy the air. There’s plenty of garden furniture for you to make yourself comfortable dining, sunbathing, or taking ‘apéro’ in the glow of the setting sun.
Of course, there’s plenty of space for leisure activities to take centre stage. In the garden you’ll find the Paddock, a typical Norman building which is fondly recalled in our family’s collective memories. The Paddock provides a useful storage space for outdoor equipment including a barbecue, table-tennis, children’s games, beach toys, a sandbox, boxing equipment, and racquets, to avoid cluttering the house while offering plenty of fun for kids and grownups.
