These Terms govern your use of Verune.
By downloading or using Verune, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Verune is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, safety, or professional advice.
Language changes across communities, regions, professions, and time. A Verune entry should not be treated as the only acceptable use of a word in every context.
Word Check provides educational guidance based on Verune’s bundled editorial data.
Its results are not a guarantee that a sentence is correct, appropriate, persuasive, lawful, or suitable for every audience.
You remain responsible for reviewing messages before sending them, especially where wording may have legal, clinical, employment, contractual, financial, or safety consequences.
You retain ownership of personal sentences, notes, captured words, collection names, and other material that you create in Verune.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the right to store, export, or share it.

The Verune application, visual design, branding, original vocabulary entries, explanations, trails, examples, editorial structure, and related materials are owned by [LEGAL NAME] or used with permission.
You may use Verune for personal learning. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, redistribute, or create a competing database from Verune’s content except where applicable law permits.
Verune may offer a yearly subscription, lifetime unlock, or other App Store purchases.
Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal details are displayed by Apple before purchase.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account and renew according to the terms shown by Apple unless canceled through Apple’s subscription settings.
A lifetime purchase unlocks the eligible features associated with that product while Verune remains available and supported.
Purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund eligibility and refund decisions are governed by Apple’s policies. Verune does not directly process payment-card transactions or issue App Store refunds.
Verune is designed to provide its bundled vocabulary and local learning tools offline.
Some features—including purchases, restoration, iCloud synchronization, App Store downloads, and certain system voices—depend on Apple services and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued in future versions.
Do not rely on Verune as the only copy of irreplaceable writing.
Use the available export or backup options when preserving personal content is important.
Verune is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Although reasonable care is taken in developing and reviewing its content, Verune does not guarantee that every definition, pronunciation, example, historical note, distinction, or Word Check judgment will be error-free or appropriate for every situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asgedom Yohannes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Verune.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
