Open:
Verune → Settings → Verune Pro → Restore Purchases
Confirm that the device uses the same Apple Account that originally completed the purchase.
Verune does not control App Store billing, refunds, or subscription management.
Confirm that:
Both devices use the same Apple Account.
iCloud Drive is enabled.
Verune is allowed to use iCloud.
The devices have an internet connection.
Then open:
Verune → Settings → iCloud sync → Sync now
Allow a few moments for Apple’s iCloud service to deliver the update.
Open an app such as Notes or Mail and select or share some text.
In the Share Sheet:
Scroll to the end of the app row.
Choose More or Edit.
Find Check in Verune.
Add it to Favorites.
The available Share Sheet options are managed by iOS and may differ by app.
Open Verune once so the app can prepare the current word and progress snapshot.
Then:
Remove the existing Verune widget.
Restart the device if necessary.
Add Verune again from the widget gallery.
Low Power Mode and iOS scheduling may delay widget refreshes.
Interactive widget controls require a supported version of iOS.
Confirm that Verune and the Verune widget were installed from the same current build. Remove and re-add the widget after updating the app.
Open:
iPhone Settings → Notifications → Verune
Confirm notifications are allowed.
Then return to Verune, turn the reminder off, and enable it again.
Open:
Verune → Settings → Reading voice
Choose a voice and tap it to hear a preview.
Available voices depend on the voices installed by iOS. Additional voices can be downloaded through Apple’s accessibility or spoken-content settings.
Word Check detects words contained in Verune’s current 365-word library and selected verified word forms.
It is not a general grammar checker or unrestricted dictionary. Try entering the base form of the word or opening Journal to search the library.
Open:
Verune → Settings → Erase journal and progress
This removes your local journal and progress. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, Verune also requests removal of its current synchronized copy.
Open:
Verune → Settings → Support & app health → Copy diagnostic summary
Include:
the diagnostic summary
your device model
your iOS version
what you expected to happen
the steps that reproduce the problem
The diagnostic summary excludes personal sentences, notes, and journal contents.
