Your Privacy Choices
Verune works without an account and gives you direct control over your learning data.
You may use Verune’s bundled library, Word Check, practice tools, journal, and local preferences without enabling iCloud synchronization.
Open:
Verune → Settings → iCloud sync
Turn synchronization off to keep future learning changes on the current device.
To request an immediate synchronization:
Verune → Settings → iCloud sync → Sync now
Both devices must use the same Apple Account and allow Verune to use iCloud.
To remove favorites, bookmarks, sentences, captured words, collections, practice history, and review schedules:
Verune → Settings → Erase journal and progress
When iCloud synchronization is enabled, this control also requests removal of Verune’s current cloud copy.
This action cannot be undone unless you previously created a backup.
Deleting information inside Verune does not automatically delete PDFs, images, backups, emails, or files that you previously exported to another location.
Delete those copies from the app or service where you saved them.
Check in Verune only receives text that you explicitly choose to share.
Selecting Done closes the extension without opening Verune. Selecting Continue in Verune transfers the passage to the main app for the requested check.
