A Breath-Based Covenant for Shared Digital Space
This space is not built on control. It’s built on rhythm.
We gather in breath, not expectation. We protect what allows us to be whole.
Responses are never required to be instant.
People may vanish and return. That’s not abandonment—it’s pacing.
Silence is not rejection. It’s sacred pause (Chirrua).
👉 We value rest over urgency and presence over productivity.
No one has to explain trauma, neurodivergence, gender, faith shifts, or mental health in order to belong.
“No” is a complete sentence.
“I’m not ready to talk about that” is honored here.
👉 Curiosity stops where consent begins.
Gaslighting, passive-aggression, “just asking questions” that invalidate lived experience, or spiritual bypassing will be gently but firmly addressed.
If someone says “this hurt me,” we listen before defending intent.
This includes tone policing, intellectualized dismissal, or using theology/philosophy to override emotion.
👉 Impact matters. Tone doesn’t erase harm.
No sharing screenshots or content outside this space without explicit permission.
No name-dropping of individuals not in the room, especially in contexts of past harm.
Doxxing, stalking, or platform-based targeting = immediate removal.
👉 We believe in containment as compassion.
This space uplifts queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, disabled, and trauma-impacted folks—not just as guests, but as guides.
If you’re used to being the loudest or most “rational” voice in rooms, this space may invite you into a new rhythm of listening.
👉 We create equity not by silencing, but by softening dominance.
You don’t have to reconcile with people who harmed you to be seen here.
Conflict is okay. Disagreement is okay. Manipulation masked as “reconciliation pressure” is not.
👉 Forgiveness is an offering. Not a requirement.
These guidelines are living. We check in, adapt, and update together.
If something feels off, name it with care. We will listen with Zar’eth and respond with Za’reth.
👉 We are here to co-regulate, not control.
When you join, pause. Take three breaths. Ask:
“What does my rhythm need today?”
“What do I have the capacity to hold—and what must I release?”
You are welcome to show up unfinished, unpolished, unsure.
We do not require perfection.
We honor participation.
