...Here's a little about my story....
💔Breakdown to Breakthrough
My path to becoming a life coach wasn't born from theory or textbooks—it was forged in the fires of my own struggle and the deep understanding that only comes from walking through the darkness and finding your way back to the light.
Growing up in a dysfunctional family home, I learned early that survival meant disconnecting from my body, my emotions, and often from reality itself. What I didn't know then was that this coping mechanism would later manifest in ways that would bring me to my knees—twice.
I experienced two complete mental health breakdowns that shattered everything I thought I knew about myself. The world became unreal, distorted through the lens of depersonalization and derealization. I watched my life unfold as if from outside my own body, feeling like a stranger in my own skin. Dissociation became my unwelcome companion, fragmenting my sense of self and leaving me feeling lost in a world that no longer made sense.
The panic attacks came in waves, each one feeling like I might not survive. My blood pressure soared as my nervous system remained locked in a constant state of hypervigilance. Stress wasn't just something I experienced—it had become the very fabric of my existence, woven so tightly into my daily life that I'd forgotten what peace felt like.
But in this breakdown, I discovered, the prelude to breakthrough. In my darkest moments, I found something that would change everything: the power of breathwork and body connection. These weren't just techniques—they became my lifeline, my way back to myself.
Determined to understand not just what worked, but why it worked, I sought out the best trauma therapists and practitioners in the world. I trained with Chris Mackenna, learning the intricate dance between mind and body in healing. I studied with Peter Levine, discovering how trauma lives in the nervous system and how we can gently coax it back to regulation. Kathy Kain taught me about the profound wisdom held within our bodies, while Mark Walsh showed me how embodiment could be the key to lasting transformation.
Each training wasn't just education—it was another layer of my own healing, another piece of the puzzle that would eventually become my life's work.
Today, I specialize in nervous system coaching, working with people who recognize themselves in my story. I understand the terror of panic attacks because I've felt my own heart race with inexplicable fear. I know the disorientation of dissociation because I've lived in that strange, disconnected space. I recognize the exhaustion of chronic stress because I've carried that weight in my own body.
But more importantly, I know the way through. I've experienced firsthand how breathwork can regulate a dysregulated nervous system, how body connection can bring us back to ourselves, and how proper support can transform our deepest wounds into our greatest sources of strength.
My breakdowns taught me that healing isn't about returning to who we were before—it's about becoming who we're meant to be. Every breath technique I teach, every body-based intervention I guide, every moment of presence I hold for my clients comes from a place of deep knowing rather than academic understanding.
I don't just teach nervous system regulation—I live it. I don't just talk about trauma recovery—I've walked that path myself. And I don't just offer hope—I am living proof that no matter how broken we feel, healing is not only possible but inevitable when we have the right tools and support.
If you're struggling with panic, dissociation, chronic stress, or feeling disconnected from your own body, know that you're not alone. I've been where you are, and I can help you find your way back to yourself—one breath, one moment, one choice at a time.
As someone who is neurodivergent and a survivor of complex trauma myself, I know first-hand the struggles of overwhelm, overwhelm, disconnection, and poor health — and I also know the power of a tailored, gentle approach to recovery.
