This project offers English for proficiency to officials in the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. Thank you to the Dominican Republic, the U.S. Embassy in Santa Domingo, and the U.S. Department of State's English Language Program for their collaboration to make this project possible. This project has two courses, Basic English I and Basic English II.

Basic English I meets online once a week from January 22 to April 29 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Dominican Republic Time.

Basic English II meets twice a week from January 19th to May 1st on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Dominican Republic Time.
