W7ART, Art ,and KD7DJE, Diane, always provide the bean pot for the Christmas party and the Snowbird Field Day. There have been many requests for the recipe. So here it is:
 Art's Bean Pot
2 CAN PINTO BEANS (DRAINED SLIGHTLY)
2 CAN KIDNEY BEANS (DRAINED SLIGHTLY)
1 CAN BUTTER BEANS (DRAINED)
1 CAN GREEN LIMA BEANS (DRAINED)
1 LB. BACON (COOKED CRISP & DRAINED)
1LB. BURGER(COOKED & DRAINED)
1/2-3/4 CUP BR. SUGAR or Splenda Br. Sugar
1/2 CUP DRIED ONIONS OR 1 REG. ONION(OR MORE TO TASTE)
COOK BACON & DRAIN, PUT ASIDE. COOK BURGER & ONIONS THEN DRAIN, ADD KETCHUP, MOLASSES, BR.SUGAR, MIX WELL, ADD BACON BACK IN & SIMMER 15-20 MINUTES TO BLEND FLAVORS.
PUT BEANS IN CROCK POT, ADD MEAT MIXTURE, STIR WELL. COOK UNTIL BUBBLING & HEATED THROUGH.
