Megan is a creative and social world-traveler who has curated extensive academic, linguistic, and cultural experiences.
Megan was born in Los Angeles and lived there until moving to attend the University of California, San Diego. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a focus on Political Science and Japanese Studies, she moved to Niigata, Japan to teach English in public schools.
After four years of adventures, including trips around Asia and directing Niigata’s annual expat-led charity musical, she moved to Tokyo to focus on studying Japanese. This is where she met Simone and began a new chapter in her life.
After they both left Japan and spent 6 months living on separate continents, Megan and Simone decided to continue their world travels together. They eventually moved to Ireland while Megan earned her Master of Arts in International Tourism from the University of Limerick. The pair then moved to Milan, Italy where Megan took up English teaching again until attending an Italian language school.
Now, she's looking forward to living in the United States with Simone after nearly a decade away!
Her favorite Disney movie is Aladdin.
She spends her free time playing D&D (typically directing the action as a DM).
Her favorite animal is a tiger.
She has been dancing in some form since she was 3.
