The Hibiscus flower is the national flower of Victor Isle which symbolise the beauty of nature in the island. I chose the yellow Hibiscus flower because yellow is associated with happiness, sunshine and good luck.
The leaves on both sides of the Hibiscus flower is to symbolise how nature surrounds the island and how the island is covered with greenery and eco-technology.
The blue colour background of the flag is to symbolise the sea that surrounds the island and to show how important the sea is to the people of Victor Isle.

Each house in Victor Isle will have their own farming area to grow crops such as vegetables and fruits.
They will use vertical and hydroponic planter to plant their crops to ensure efficient use of water and space compared to traditional farming methods.

Every house will also have wind turbines and solar panels as source of energy for the household
Rainwater collector is also used to save water by using rainwater to water their plants and their plumbing.

Other than house designs, I also downloaded a few more eco-modern designs in the Sims 4 to represent the other facilities in Victor Isle. Most of the builds are from one of my favourite community creator in the Sims 4 and I give full credits to the creators of the builds that I downloaded.
I mainly chose infrastructure with modern designs with greenery surrounding which would benefit the environment and may also be unique to other country which will benefit our economy at the same time.

How does it work?
It works the same as any credit card or debit card that we have now but in Victor Isle this E-Money card is used to replace cash entirely. To pay, just swipe it into the paying machine, enter your safety pin and your transaction would be notified through your text messages in your smart phone to make sure you are the one paying for it. If there are any weird transactions just give the bank a call and your card will not make the transaction.
Tourists entering the country can get one of these at the airport and at any public centres. They would need to enter their desire amount of money and it will automatically change it into Victor Isle's currency.
