1.To brainstorm ideas.
2. To produce some ideas.
3.To select best ideas/themes.
During brainstorming ideas, I made mind maps and rough sketches in my sketch book to help me visualize my ideas. After that, I went ahead and sketched them out properly and oulined them with markers and pens when i'm happy with my design.
I designed 3 types of flags and thought about what each flag represented.
The water droplet represents the sea that is surrounding the island while the leaves represent the nature in Victor Isle.
This flag design is meant to represent that the advancement in science and technology that is used to conserve nature in Victor Isle.
The Hibiscus plants represents the country's national flower with the same symbolism and meaning that is explained in 'DEFINE'.
Selected Flag : 3rd flag design
I chose the 3rd design because I love the symbolism and meaning of the hibiscus flower to Victor Isle that is the hibiscus would symbolize the beauty of the nature in the island and to have a message to enjoy beautiful moments in life while they last.
I also added leaves on both sides of the hibiscus in the final sketch to represent that Victor Isle is surrounded by nature.
Whilst thinking of an island shape I just randomly sketched out an outline of the island and ended up liking it.
Then, I decided to divide the cities in a flower-shaped or more like a Hibiscus as I was inspired by the national flower that I chose for Victor Isle.
At the end I ended up adding two more island that is man-made out of the ashes of incinerated solid waste from the main island of Victor Isle that was inspired by Pulau Semakau in Singapore that applied the same concept because I think that it would be one of the unique features Victor Isle could have.
I chose to name the cities after flower names because the way the cities are divided looks like a flower and I wanted to go with the same theme.
I ended up choosing these flower names after going through several different choices.
Instead of hand drawing house designs to brainstorm ideas, I decided to go through the Sims 4 community builds and downloaded different types of house designs that I can choose from because i'm not a great builder in the Sims 4. Thus, I give full credits to the creator of each build that I downloaded. Below are screenshots that I took from each build.
Selected House Design : Eco Modern Design
I chose the eco modern design because it is the exact design that I had in mind for Victor Isle as it is eco-friendly and also has a modern design which goes well with technology advancement in Victor Isle.
Same like searching for house designs, I ended up using the Create-A-Sim (CAS) feature in the Sims 4 to find different inspirations of clothing to help me select the clothing design that will represent Victor Isle the best!

Selected Design : Futuristic Inspired Clothing
I chose the futuristic inspired clothing because I personally think that it suits to be a gender neutral attire. Not only that, I also think that it is the most unique and eye catching design. Lastly, I think this design suits the theme of Victor Isle as it has floral elements with leaves and flowers embroidered on it.
I designed the E-Money of Victor Isle to be compact and small so it is convenient for the people of Victor Isle to carry around.
I designed it almost similar to a credit card.
At the upper left corner would be the name of the owner of the card and on the upper right corner would be the chip used for money transactions.
There are three Hibiscus flowers at the bottom corner which symbolises the country's national flower and also the leaves which represent the rich nature in Victor Isle.
