This chili recipes will be enjoyed by both carnivores and herbivores. Great for a crowd or a quick weeknight meal. Should be called ,trick your in-laws into thinking you made theirs with meat, chili.
This is my all time favorite meal to host with or take to a dinner party. The pineapple has been a symbol of hospitality since Colonial times, because of it's rarely. This dish is quick and simple to make, but gives the illusion of hours spent in the kitchen.
This is my favorite dish to take to a picnic or BBQs. This recipe is colorful, quick, and easy. DYK: A 1/4-cup serving of prepared pesto contains 15 percent of the daily value for vitamin A, 6 percent for vitamin C, 20 percent for calcium and 4 percent for iron, based on a 2,000-calorie diet.
The perfect simple meal for lunch or dinner. Marinated, grilled eggplant is the highlight of this dish and can be prepared in under 30 minutes. The bacon can be saved and used in a scramble or salad later in the week.
While it may look a whole lot like the standard globe eggplant you find at the grocery store, Italian eggplant is distinct. It’s slightly smaller, but still quite large and fat, and the flesh tends to be more tender. Use it in any preparation, but of course it’s wonderful used in Italian dishes like caponata.
The recipe is quick, easy and flavorful. Don't have access to plantains? No problem sub for sweet potato or an under-ripe banana. Bring this as an appetizer to a potluck or party. Homemade vegan sour cream and crispy plantains will be sure to impress.
