Should be called ,trick your in-laws into thinking you made theirs with meat, chili. This meal cooks up in under and hour and takes little to know prep time. The recipe has a delicious "meaty" texture due to the soyrizo used. I have debut this recipes at super bowl parties over chips or fries, at cook outs with veggie hot dogs and at countless potlucks. I always here the same thing "I couldn't even tell it was vegan."
Add tons of flavor to your dish by sauteing fresh onions, garlic and peppers, layering the tomatoes on top after the spice mix becomes fragrant. This allows the tomatoes to soak up the spices and will infuse your chili with flavor.
Pro Tip
To thicken chili you can either add half the broth or mash up an extra can of black beans and add to the mix.
