Our Story

Chef Mauro hails from Naples and came to London. Although proud of Italian traditions, his passion is to create unusual and new things. Then along into his life came Dr. Min, an Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese health practitioner from Korea. Korean-Italian fusion was born.

The Asian health philosophy and emphasis on healing foods such as Kimchi meet Italian pasta in dishes like Kimchi Lasagana and Toppognocchi.

Healthy vegan food is at the heart of what we do. We use extra-virgin Olive Oil from Italy (we never heat oil or fry!), use probiotic ingredients like Kimchi or Kombucha and geneously create delicious and simple side salads for most dishes with spinach and vegan parmesan.
