Devi Mahatmya Archana
It is a well-known recitation book in all parts of India, namely Kerala. It is a part of the Markandeya Purana and is considered to have been written in the 5th century. Tradition proclaims Sage Markandeya as the author of this composition.
Shaivites, Vaishnavas and Shakteyas alike respect this scripture as it instills fear, devotion and faith. Considered to be the most important scripture of the Shakteyas, this work is very important in their rituals. "Devi Mahatmya" is also called "Devi Mahatmya" in Pandyam and Kerala lands. It is also known as "Chandipatha". Text refers to ritual reading.
Its 700 verses are arranged in 13 chapters.
Our history records that since time immemorial children, old people, pregnant women and others have used this book as a shield to escape from the dangers of demons, ghosts, yakshis, devils, lions, ferocious animals, thieves. Mr. Kanjirakattu Namboothiri and Mr. Kalluru Namboothiri are the survivors.
Then there is no need to tell the greatness of this book. Sakshal Devi is also this book.
For reciting this book, doing archana with these mantras and doing homam, all the ancients have prescribed certain rulings. Because there is a lot of purity, accuracy, methods of reciting it, some other conditions and fasts, it is an archana that takes about 4-5 hours and usually everyone can do it voluntarily in their own homes. , the fact is that it cannot be done elsewhere.
Here we recite this scripture in the name of each devotee, perform archana with its 700 mantras, offer the desired offerings to the goddess, and kneel with coconuts, the ceremony is called "Devi Mahatmya Archana". Until today, there are many experienced people among us who have recovered from all kinds of poverty, sickness, financial debt obligations, bad names, enemy attacks, job obstacles, other life failures and even from the antecedent evils that have been caused by this archana.
108 "Devi Mahatmya Archana" starting on 7th April 2023 (consecutive 108 Fridays) means one takes 2 years to complete 108 Archanas. In short it is a Yajna lasting 2 years for a person. Every Friday from 5 PM to 10 PM. Through this standing yajna, good fortune for virgins, marital health for couples, educational quality for students, artistic skills for artists, advancement for candidates, success in business for those doing business, success in employment for those seeking employment in other countries, diseases, debts, cases, obstacles, etc., and all kinds of harms, and overall health. It can be undoubtedly said that a prosperous life financially is possible through this 108 'Devi Mahatmya Archana'.
The one-day ceremony will be completed with the chanting of 700 verses and the breaking of coconuts on behalf of everyone. Archana can be done at the rate of Rs 500 per person.
For those who are not able to perform 108 Archana, you can choose the desired number of Archana (weeks/months).

ഇത് കേരളത്തിൽ എന്നുവേണ്ട ഭാരത ഖണ്ഡത്തിലെങ്ങും സുപ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഒരു പാരായണ ഗ്രന്ഥമാണ്.മാർക്കണ്ഡേയ പുരാണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ ഇതിന്റെ രചനാ കാലമായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നത് അഞ്ചാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടാണ്. ഈ രചനയുടെ കർത്താവായി പാരമ്പര്യം ഘോഷിക്കുന്നത് മാർക്കണ്ഡേയ മുനിയെയാണ്.
ഭയ ,ഭക്തി ,വിശ്വാസങ്ങളെ ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ശൈവരും ,വൈഷ്ണവരും ,ശാക്തേയരും ഒരുപോലെ ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥത്തെ ആദരിക്കുന്നു .ശാക്തേയരുടെ ഏറ്റവും പ്രധാന ഗ്രന്ഥമായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഈ കൃതിയ്ക്ക് അവരുടെ അനുഷ്ഠാന വിധികളിൽ ഏറെ പ്രധാന്യമുണ്ട്.ഇത് ബംഗാള ദേശത്തിൽ ചണ്ഡീ എന്നും ,കാശി ,മധ്യ ഭാരതം ,മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര മുതലായ ദേശങ്ങളിൽ "ദുർഗ്ഗാ സപ്തശതീ" എന്നും ചോളം ,പാണ്ഡ്യം ,കേരള ദേശങ്ങളിൽ "ദേവീ മാഹാത്മ്യ" മെന്നും പറയുന്നു . "ചണ്ഡിപാഠം" എന്നും ഇത് അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. പാഠം എന്നത് അനുഷ്ഠാനപരമായ വായനയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
ഇതിലെ 700 പദ്യങ്ങൾ 13 അദ്ധ്യായങ്ങളായി ക്രമീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
ഭൂത ,പ്രേത ,യക്ഷി ,പിശാചാദികളിൽ നിന്നും, സിംഹാദി ക്രൂര മൃഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും,കള്ളന്മാരിൽനിന്നും ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ആപത്തുകളിൽനിന്നും രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ കുട്ടികളും ,വൃദ്ധന്മാരും ,ഗർഭിണികളും മറ്റും ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥം ഒരു രക്ഷാ കവചമായി അനാദികാലം മുതലേ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വന്നിരുന്നതായി നമ്മുടെ ചരിത്രം രേഖപെടുത്തുന്നു.ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥം കയ്യിൽ ഇരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു മാത്രം ആപത്തുകളിൽനിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ട കഥകളും നമുക്കറിയാം കേവലം സ്പർശം കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം രക്ഷപെട്ടവരാണ് ശ്രീ.കാഞ്ഞിരക്കാട്ടു നമ്പൂതിരിയും ,ശ്രീ.കല്ലൂരു നമ്പൂതിരിയും.
അപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിന്റെ മഹത്വം പറയേണ്ടതില്ലലോ.സാക്ഷാൽ ദേവി തന്നെയാണ് ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥവും.
ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥം പാരായണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും ,ഈ മന്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ അർച്ചന നടത്തുന്നതിനും,ഹോമം നടത്തുന്നതിനും എല്ലാം ചില വിധികൾ പൂർവ്വികർ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.വളരെ അധികം ശുദ്ധിയും,കൃത്യതയും,അതിന്റെ പാരായണ രീതികളും , മറ്റു ചിലനിബന്ധനകളും ,വ്രതാനുഷ്ടാങ്ങളും ഒക്കെ ഉള്ളതിനാലും ഏകദേശം 4 -5 മണിക്കൂർ നേരം എടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു അർച്ചന ആയതിനാലും സാധാരണയായി എല്ലാവര്ക്കും അത് സ്വമേധയാ അവരവരുടെ ഗൃഹങ്ങളിലോ ,മറ്റിടങ്ങളിലോ നടത്താൻ പറ്റാതെ വരുന്നു എന്നതാണ് വാസ്തവം.
ഇവിടെ നാം ഓരോ ഭക്തജനങ്ങളുടെ പേരിലും വിധിയാം വണ്ണം ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥം പാരായണം ചെയ്യുകയും , അതിലുള്ള 700 മന്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ അർച്ചന നടത്തുകയും ,ദേവിക്കുള്ള ഇഷ്ട നൈവേദ്യങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിച്കൊണ്ട് , നാളികേരം കൊണ്ട് മുട്ടറക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങിനെ "ദേവീ മാഹാത്മ്യ അർച്ചന" എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നു. നാളിതുവരെ ഈ അർച്ചനയിലൂടെ ഭക്തർക്ക് എല്ലാവിധത്തിലുള്ള ദാരിദ്ര്യങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ,രോഗാദി ദുരിതങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും , സാമ്പത്തിക കട ബാധ്യതകളിൽ നിന്നും,ദുഷ്പേരുകളിൽ നിന്നും ,ശത്രുബാധാ ദോഷങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ,തൊഴിൽ തടസ്സങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ,മറ്റു ജീവിത തകർച്ചകളിൽ നിന്നും എന്നുവേണ്ട പൂർവ്വ ജന്മാർജ്ജിതമായ ദോഷങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വരെ കരകയറിയ അനുഭവസ്ഥർ ധാരാളം നമ്മുടെ ഇടയിലുണ്ട്.
2023 ഏപ്രിൽ 7 ന് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുന്ന 108 "ദേവീ മാഹാത്മ്യ അർച്ചന" (തുടർച്ചയായി 108 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചകളിൽ) അതായത് ഒരാൾക്ക് 108 അർച്ചന പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ 2 വര്ഷം വേണ്ടിവരും .ഒരു വ്യക്തിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം 2 വർഷം നീണ്ടു നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു യജ്ഞമാണ് ഇത് എന്ന് ചുരുക്കം .എല്ലാ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചകളിലും വൈകീട്ട് 5 മണി മുതൽ രാത്രി 10 മണി വരെ നീണ്ടു നിൽക്കുന്ന ഈ യജ്ഞത്തിലൂടെ കന്യകമാർക്കു മംഗല്യ ഭാഗ്യവും,ദമ്പതികൾക്കു ദാമ്പത്യ സൗഖ്യവും,വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വിദ്യാ ഗുണവും,കലാകാരന്മാർക്ക് കലാ നൈപുണ്യവും,ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഉയർച്ചയും,ബിസിനസ്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് പ്രവർത്തന വിജയവും,മറ്റു ദേശങ്ങളിൽ തൊഴിൽ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗ ലഭ്ദിയും,രോഗങ്ങൾ ,കടങ്ങൾ,കേസുകൾ,തടസ്സങ്ങൾ ,എന്നിങ്ങനെ യുള്ള സർവ്വ ദോഷങ്ങൾ തീരാനും, സർവ്വോപരി ആരോഗ്യപരമായും ,സാമ്പത്തികപരമായും,ഐശ്വര്യപരമായ ഒരു ജീവിതത്തിന് ഈ 108 'ദേവീ മാഹാത്മ്യ അർച്ചന' യിലൂടെ സാധിക്കും എന്ന് നിസ്സംശയം പറയാവുന്നതാണ്.
700 പദ്യങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ട് അർച്ചന ചെയ്തു ആരതി ഉഴിഞ്ഞു ഓരോരുത്തരുടെയും പേരിൽ നാളികേരം മുട്ടറുക്കുന്നതോടുകൂടി ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ ചടങ് പൂർത്തിയാകും . അർച്ചന ഒരാൾക്ക് ഒന്നിന് 500 രൂപ എന്ന നിരക്കിൽ നടത്താനാകും .
108 അർച്ചന നടത്താൻ സാധിക്കാത്തവർക്ക് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള അർച്ചനയുടെ എണ്ണം (ആഴ്ചകൾ / മാസങ്ങൾ ) തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
കേരളത്തിൽ എവിടെയും അർച്ചനയുടെ യജ്ഞ പ്രസാദം പോസ്റ്റൽ / കൊറിയർ ആയി നിങ്ങളുടെ അഡ്രസിലേക്കു അയച്ചു തരുന്നതുമാണ് .
