VCSS has reserved room blocks at the Hotel Weyanoke, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, and Tru by Hilton in Farmville, VA for March 1-3. Reservations for each hotel can be made by visiting the hotel website and inputting the group code or by calling the hotel & providing the group name and code. Free parking is available at all hotels and on the Longwood campus. Closer to the conference date, our team will communicate instructions for where to park on campus at Longwood.
Important: The cutoff date for conference room rates is January 30! Be sure to book before then!
