Exhibition venue introduction
Venue ① "Taneket Mall Cube"
Size of exhibition space : Width 24m × Depth 12m × Height 12m(20m)
(There are 12m ceilings and 20m ceilings.)
(If you would like a space with a 20m ceiling, please fill out the application form.)
The venue is designed to look like a shopping mall.
Anything from large to small can be displayed.
Venue ② "The Seed Village"
Size of exhibition space : Width 24m × Depth 12m × Height 30m (maximum)
Since it is the first event, I imagined the "first village" that appears in JRPGs.
It's outdoors, so you can use a lot of space.
Exhibitor Regulations
At this event, you can choose to set up your booth in "VirtualCast" yourself or outsource the setup by sending a file to the organizer.
Therefore, you can participate even if you do not have a VR device.
(The event will be streamed on YouTube at a later date.)
If you are exhibiting 3D items, avatars, accessories, images, music, etc. that are not "VCI",
or if you are not particular about how to place them,
I recommend that you entrust the setup to the organizer.
If you want to be particular about the position, angle, and placement of the installation,
I recommend that you set it up yourself.
For those who set up their own booth
The regulations for the entire exhibition booth are as shown in the image.
"The number of subitems" includes those without a "VCI Sub Item",
but not those without a mesh at all.
Set "Collider" to adjust the installation position.
("Mesh Collider" cannot be used due to the specifications of "VCI".)
"2K Textures" are those with dimensions greater than 1024 x 1024 pixels and less than or equal to 2048 x 2048 pixels.
Anything larger than this cannot be used because it will be reduced by "VirtualCast".
"Audio Source" should be "WAV" or "MP3" format. Also, the monaural format is recommended.
The total length of "Audio Source" should be less than 5 minutes.

For those who send files(Those who do not go to set up by themselves)
The files that can be sent are as follows.
・3D items(Object, Avatar) 10 or less (Avatar is treated as 3 pieces.)
(There are 3 types of materials that can be used for "3D objects": "Standard", "UniGLTF" and "UniVRM".
Otherwise, it may be replaced.)
・Images 10 or less
(Please limit the maximum size to 2048 pixels. Anything more than that will be scaled down.)
(Even if there are many images, they may be scaled down.)
・Sounds 3 or less
(Please keep it within 5 minutes total. A monaural sound is recommended.)
・Heart of thoughtfulness
(It calms me down.)
・Total 30MB or less
