Daniel Zielasko is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the HCI group at the University of Trier. He received his Ph.D. in 2020 at the Virtual Reality and Immersive Visualization group at RWTH Aachen University for studying desk-based Virtual Reality. He workes and worked interdisciplinary together with neuroscientists, psychologists, and archaeologists, on projects, such as the EU flagship project HBP (Human Brain Project) and the SMHB (Supercomputing and Modelling for the Human Brain). He received his Master's degree in Computer Science in 2013 at RWTH Aachen University and is now working on the integration of VR technologies and methods into everyday life, such as existing professional workflows and entertainment. He has a special interest in the prevention of cybersickness and the design of convincing and innovative 3D user interfaces.

Sevinc Eroglu is a researcher at the Virtual Reality and Immersive Visualization Group of the Visual Computing Institute, RWTH Aachen University, Germany. She received a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey, and a M.Sc. degree in Media Informatics from RWTH Aachen University in 2017. Her research focuses on novel tools for artistic expression in immersive virtual environments, 3D interaction techniques, and user interface design for scene authoring in VR.

Jan Gugenheimer is an Assistant Professor (Maître de conférences) for Computer Science at Télécom Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris) inside the DIVA group, working on several topics around Mixed Reality (Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality). He received his Ph.D. from Ulm University, working on the topic of Nomadic Virtual Reality. During his studies, Jan worked within a variety of research labs at universities (ETH Zurich, MIT Media Lab) and research institutions (Daimler AG, IBM, Mercedes Benz Research and Development North America, Microsoft Research). His work is frequently published and awarded at leading HCI conferences such as UIST, CHI, and CSCW. In his most recent research, Jan is exploring the potential negative and harmful impact of mixed reality technology.

Yuen C. Law is docent and researcher at Computer Engineering Department of the Costa Rica Institute of Technology. His current research focuses on applications of Virtual and Augmented Reality in learning environments. Other areas of interest include human-computer interaction and collaboration in digital spaces. Law earned his doctorate degree at the RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Prior to returning to Costa Rica, Law had a post-doctoral position at Trier University.
