Virginia's Adapted Physical Education Consortium (VAPEC) was established in December 2022 with professionals in the field of adapted physical education. They had a common goal of bringing together multiple voices throughout the state for the purpose of addressing common interests to improve the implementation of adapted physical education services throughout the state.
