1. Skills and Knowledge Gaps

Respondents selected multiple areas where they lack adequate skills:

• Interpretation of drawings → low competence indicated

• Material estimation → identified as a weak area

• Carpentry → insufficient knowledge

• ICT skills needed to learn online → low–moderate levels

• ICT skills needed to train online → large gap especially for staff. This is a major barrier to online course implementation.

2. Resource Gaps

From responses:

• Not everyone has access to laptops or desktops

• Some only have smartphones, which limits practical online learning

• Internet reliability is low for some respondents

• Some respondents indicated no access to headphones, which affects participation in virtual classes

• Limited access to technical/practical tools/equipment needed for hands-on training
