eLearning Certificates

The following e-learning certificates were completed this semester. The main focus of these certificates relates to my placement this semester, gerontology. While some of the certificates related to my future nursing profession and my career plan of becoming a NICU nurse. My clinical placement this semester involved caring for older adults with dementia. I decided to focus the majority of my learning around this demographic so I could better meet their needs. Also, I learned about identifying signs and symptoms of delirium, dementia, and depression. As well as how to implement interventions to better plan their care.
