With their participation and support, they will create a path to a successful and important organization.
Bob Tubbs founded the Virginia Animal Protection Federation based upon his working relationship with his Rochester, NY based animal welfare network and their significant advances of their Federation statewide.
The background of this team is very diverse and experienced. They have started and/or managed animal welfare organization most of their careers.
