Bakery Website Design
A responsive bakery website design project involves creating a website that is optimized for viewing on various devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The website should provide a seamless and enjoyable user experience regardless of the device being used to access it. The design should showcase the bakery's products and services, provide important information such as the bakery's location, hours of operation, and contact information, and enable customers to place orders online. The website should also be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and reflect the bakery's brand identity. Overall, the goal of a responsive bakery website design project is to create a functional and attractive online presence that enhances the bakery's reputation and drives sales.

User research: summary
I conducted user interviews, which I then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. I discovered that many target users treat online shopping as a important activity whenever they have a celebration at home or at work. However, many shopping websites are overwhelming and confusing to navigate, which frustrated many target users. This caused a normally enjoyable experience to become challenging for them, defeating the purpose.
Pain Points
Navigation: Shopping website designs are often busy, which results in confusing navigation
Interaction: Small buttons on shopping websites make item selection difficult, which sometimes leads users to make mistakes
Experience: Online shopping websites don’t provide an engaging browsing experience
