About Beat It

This project involved studying a documentary elucidating the physiological effects of specific foods on the human body. Extensive research was conducted to gather comprehensive data on various food categories, such as fish, meat, and dairy, which was meticulously organized and sorted for systematic analysis. The objective was to translate this curated information into an intuitive and user-friendly application, designed to educate individuals about the impact of specific foods and inspire a paradigm shift in dietary choices.

The envisioned app aspires to cultivate awareness, encouraging users to make informed decisions that promote a healthier lifestyle, thus mitigating potential health risks and contributing to overall well-being. This initiative aligns with the core tenets of user experience design, focusing on user empowerment, education, and seamless interaction.

Risks

Consuming one serving of processed meat daily has been linked to a 51 percent increase in the risk of developing diabetes, as indicated by recent studies. Furthermore, research suggests that the impact of eating a single egg daily on life expectancy can be comparable to smoking five cigarettes each day. These findings underscore the importance of making informed dietary choices and emphasize the significance of public health awareness campaigns in promoting healthier lifestyles.

Low fidelity wireframes

Wireframe sketches play a pivotal role in the user experience design process, serving as a foundational stage where ideas are meticulously planned and visualized to articulate the clear structure of the project. Representing the initial tangible manifestation of a project, wireframes serve as a critical tool for interface feature clarification. Through this stage, design concepts are translated into a visual framework, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the project's layout and functionality. This clarity in structure is essential for ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience, aligning with the fundamental principles of user-centered design.
