As the first and only University of Waterloo club for students interested in gerontology and aging research, UW CAG provides a hub with easily accessible information. We host regular events to provide students with a strong foundation in gerontology and to facilitate networking with experts. Our educational initiatives include weekly social media posts that focus on specific topics relevant to aging research, in-depth reviews of current research findings, and learning opportunities like webinars or panel events. We also promote professional development by compiling and sharing volunteer positions, research opportunities, and networking events.
