I love crafting worship services that are multidimensional yet cohesive, which draw on both ancient and contemporary wisdom, music, poetry, and ritual. I know that people are as likely to find meaning in a reading or song as in the sermon, so I choose those with great care.
In my opinion, music and the arts are fundamental, necessary expressions of our emotions and spirits, and so are integral to worship and social gatherings. They help us explore and convey meaning together using a different part of our brains and help to enrich every experience.
