This UTVA Handbook sets forth some general guidance for parents and students enrolled in the Utah Virtual Academy (UTVA) middle school program. UTVA is a charter school and is subject to the rules and regulations of the Utah State Board of Education. The UTVA charter contract is available from the UTVA office.
