The conference will take place on the Edinburg campus of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, located at 1201 W. University Drive in Edinburg, Texas, 15 miles north of the Mexican border, 230 miles south of San Antonio, 145 miles southwest of Corpus Christi and 340 miles southwest of Houston.

This is NOT the home of the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences.

Travel:

The McAllen-Miller International Airport (MFE), approximately 15 miles from the campus, serves the Edinburg-McAllen-Mission area as the primary business airport of the Rio Grande Valley of Deep South Texas and Northeast Mexico.

Local transportation:
One can access Uber, Lyft, and traditional taxi services at the McAllen-Miller International Airport.

Car rentals are available at MFE: https://www.mcallenairport.com/car%20rental.html

Where possible, carpooling is encouraged to help keep costs down.

Accommodations:

Conference attendees should contact local hotels directly to make their reservation. None of the local hotels are within walking distance of the campus, nor do they offer shuttle service to the university, so it is recommended that attendees informally form groups to ride together with someone who has a car.
