We posted a video with Co-Founder McCarty Liang and his night routine to get ready for bed. In today's generation, people tend to forget to take care of themselves. With this video, we decided to create a GRWM to boost motivation to practice self-care, increasing mood levels as well as increasing self-esteem, focusing on our protective factors.
To raise more awareness on anxiety and the effects that it takes to people, we decided to make a Halloween post to promote the fear that people may experience during the holiday. With the post, it shared all about what anxiety is, the effect of the amygdala to the average person, and ways to combat fear and anxiety.
Additionally, fear is one of the most powerful emotion. It affects on how we think, feel, and behave. With the amygdala, it ensures our survival skills and creates the “red herring” to protect one's self. Although, fear can also restrict a person and negatively affect their mental health. With anxiety, fear can be enhanced and further risk a person's mental health.
Through this trendy TikTok, we uploaded on our Instagram to gain viewer retention as well as more interest on our social medias. The TikTok allowed us to incorporate a fun way to view mental health and spread awareness on self-esteem.

We created a Spirit Day to engage with our communities as well as promote mental health. According to Remarcable Design (2022), the color pink is known to be a soothing color and have a calming impact on our nervous system.

We had the chance to be a sponsor and create an ad at the Michigan District of Key Club International's District Convention where Key Clubbers from all over the state of Michigan were able to lead, participate in service projects, and serve their community.
~350 Key Clubbers from 30 schools all over Michigan attended the conference, participating in our contributions.
During our time at the MichiganHOSA's State Leadership Conference, we decided to include many HOSA participants from all over Michigan to take pictures with our homemade photobooth! The community engagement allowed HOSA participants to connect with each other and helped us grow to wider audiences all over Michigan.

Best Buddies International is the largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). At the Detroit Zoo, many Michigan residents participated in the Best Buddies Walk, and we decided to create pamphlets about the connection between IDD and anxiety and passing them out to participants.
