General Membership Requirements

GPA: 

Beta Alpha Psi requires its members to maintain a 3.0 GPA or above for both major and overall GPA.

Majors:

Accounting | Finance | Information Systems | MAcc | MBA | Other Related Majors

Dues:

Affiliate: $25 per semester | Candidate: $50 per academic year* | Member: $50 per academic year*

 One-time $75 fee to Executive Office once Membership is reached

*An academic year is defined as two semesters (Fall 2025 & Spring 2026)

Member Requirements

After completing candidate requirements and attending the Initiation Banquet in a single semester, students become members of Beta Alpha Psi. Members often experience personal and professional growth as they connect to a national network of students and professionals.

Candidates

Students enrolled in 5000-level classes are considered “candidates” for membership. This designation allows students to further opportunities while working towards becoming an inducted member of Beta Alpha Psi.
